Penne with Shrimp and Frescobene Vodka Sauce

Serves 4-5


  • 1 lb. shrimp (16-20 size cleaned and deveined)

  • 1 lb. penne pasta

  • 1-20 oz. pouch Frescobene Vodka sauce

  • Salt and pepper (if using)


1.  Place Vodka pouch in pot of boiling water and prepare according to package

2.  Remove pouch from boiling water (with tongs) and add pasta to the pot

3.  Cook pasta according to box, making sure to add shrimp directly to the pot the last 3 minutes of cooking the pasta

4.  Drain pasta and shrimp and pour into large pasta bowl

5.  Cut corner of pouch and add sauce to pasta and shrimp

6. Toss and serve

Chef's Note:

Enjoy with tossed salad and bread.
