Spinach Salad with Frescobene Amatriciana Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

1-10 oz. pouch of Frescobene Amatriciana Sauce – thawed

½ c. apple cider vinegar

¼ c. olive oil (or a bit more according to taste)

¼ c. honey (or a bit more according to taste)

salt and pepper

16 oz. baby spinach
Preparation:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. (Feel free to adjust ingredient amounts according to taste)
2. Toss dressing and spinach together and serve
Chef’s Note:
Add mushrooms, hard boiled eggs, or chicken for a complete meal.
