Spinach Salad with Frescobene Amatriciana Salad Dressing

This dressing is absolutely delicious! We get so many requests to bottle it, but we prefer when it is made fresh. All you need to add is spinach!

Serves 4.

Ingredients:

• 1-10 oz. pouch of Frescobene Amatriciana Sauce – thawed

• ½ c. apple cider vinegar

• ¼ c. olive oil (or a bit more according to taste)

• ¼ c. honey (or a bit more according to taste)

• salt and pepper

• 16 oz. baby spinach

Preparation:

1.  Mix first 4 ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. (Feel free to adjust ingredient amounts according to taste)

2. Toss dressing and spinach together and serve

Chef’s Note: 

Add mushrooms, hard boiled eggs, or chicken for a complete meal.
