Gluten Free Zucchini Pasta with Frescobene Sausage Ragu

You won’t miss the carbs when you top off zucchini noodles with any one of our sauces! We used our award winning sausage ragu for this not only delicious dish, but gluten free too!

Serves 2


Ingredients:

  • 2 large zucchini (spiralized)

  • 1-10 oz. pouch Frescobene Sausage Ragu

  • 1 T. olive oil

Preparation:

1.  Using a spiralizer, twist zucchini to make “linguine” zucchini. Salt zucchini and let it sit for 30 minutes to release its water.

2.  Saute zucchini  olive oil for a few minutes until slightly soft.

3.  Prepare Sausage sauce according to package instructions.

4.  Place cooked zucchini in bowls, top with sauce, toss and serve.
