Penne with Shrimp and Frescobene Vodka Sauce

Serves 4-5
Ingredients:

1 lb. shrimp (16-20 size cleaned and deveined)

1 lb. penne pasta

1 or 2 -10 oz. pouch Frescobene Vodka sauce
Preparation:
1. Place pouch of Frescobene Vodka Sauce in pot of boiling water and prepare according to package.
2. Remove pouch from boiling water (with tongs), salt water and add pasta.
3. Cook pasta according to box, adding shrimp to pasta during last 3 minutes of cooking.
4. Drain pasta and shrimp and pour into large pasta bowl.
5. Cut corner of pouch, add sauce to pasta and shrimp, toss and serve.
Chef's Note:
Enjoy with green salad and good bread.
