Cauliflower Pizza with Sausage Ragu

The perfect gluten free treat…..pair any of our gluten free sauces with a cauliflower crust, add cheese and toppings and enjoy!

 Serves 2-4


  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust

  • 1  c. shredded mozzarella
  • 1 -10 oz. pouch Frescobene Sausage Ragu, or flavor of choice


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

1. Prepare crust according to directions.

2. Top with Frescobene Sausage Ragu and shredded mozzarella cheese.

3.  Bake for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and crust is crispy.


Chef’s Note: 

Turn it into a vegetarian delight by substituting Frescobene Marinara or Vodka sauce for the Sausage Ragu!
