Frescobene Bacon, Onion, and Tomato Jam

This jam is the perfect accompaniment to a cheese board, a baked brie, or a turkey panini! You can change the vinegar type and create different flavors, and feel free to alter the sugar amount to your taste.
Makes approximately 14oz
Ingredients:

10 oz. pouch Frescobene Amatriciana Sauce, thawed

2-3T sugar (to taste)

1 T cider vinegar (or vinegar of choice and add to taste)

salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 50 minutes to an hour until thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.
