Frescobene Shrimp and Grits

This recipe is our take on Shrimp & Grits….sauteed shrimp topped off with Amatriciana Sauce and ladled over quick grits. A dish that will warm your soul!
10 oz. Frescobene Amatriciana Sauce or Sausage Ragu
12 extra large shrimp (peeled ad deveined)
2 T. olive oil
- 1/2 c. grits (we use quick cooking grits)
1. Heat Amatriciana Sauce or Sausage Ragu.
2. Heat oil in pan and saute shrimp.
3. Cook Grits according to package.
4. Place grits in serving bowl, top with shrimp and pour sauce over shrimp.
Serve with the toasted Italian bread.
