Frescobene Tuscan Bean Soup

1 10 oz. Frescobene Amatriciana, thawed
1 c. chicken broth
15 oz. can Cannellini Beans, drained
1. Combine all ingredients in a pot.
2. Simmer 40 minutes on stove, stirring occasionally, until beans are soft.
3. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano and crusty bread.
Add cooked ditalini pasta just before serving for a delicious Pasta Fagioli!
