Frescobene Tuscan Bean Soup

This 3 ingredient soup will remind you of being in Tuscany! Just make sure you simmer it until the beans are soft. Pair with a salad and you have a meal!

Serves 3-4


  • 1 10 oz. Frescobene Amatriciana, thawed

  • 1 c. chicken broth

  • 15 oz. can Cannellini Beans, drained


1.  Combine all ingredients in a pot.

2.  Simmer 40 minutes on stove, stirring occasionally, until beans are soft.

3.  Serve with a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano and crusty bread.

Add cooked ditalini pasta just before serving for a delicious Pasta Fagioli!
