Broccoli and Vodka Sauce Pasta Bake

A simple, one-pan dish that comes together in minutes and bakes to perfection. Packed with flavor and easy to customize, this vegetarian recipe is delicious as is or can be tailored to your tastes with your favorite add-ins!

Ingredients
12 oz. dried pasta, mezze rigatoni works well
16 oz. frozen broccoli florets
1 10 oz. pouch Frescobene Vodka Sauce, thawed
3/4 c. cream
2 c. Vegetable broth
1 package Boursin cheese
1 cup panko bread crumbs
olive oil
fresh parsley

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 3 quart baking dish and add pasta and broccoli. Add in Vodka sauce, cream and broth and give it a stir. Place Boursin in center, cover and bake for 50 minutes, stirring once. Remove from oven, remove cover and top with breadcrumb mixed with a bit of olive oil and spread on top of pasta. Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes or so, until golden. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, top with chopped parsley, if using.
