Shrimp Flatbread with Frescobene Vodka Sauce

You won’t want to order pizza in anymore when you can make this mouthwatering Shrimp and Vodka sauce flatbread in a matter of minutes!

Serves 2-3


  • 4 oz. Frescobene Vodka Sauce, thawed

  • 1 store bought flatbread

  • 2 oz. shredded mozzarella

  • 2 oz. baby arugula
  • 8 cleaned and deveined shrimp, thawed


Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

1.  Top flatbread with Frescobene Vodka Sauce

2.  Add shredded mozzarella and top with shrimp

3.  Bake for 10-15 minutes or until browned

4.  Remove from oven, top with arugula and a drizzle of olive oil and serve
