Shrimp Flatbread with Frescobene Vodka Sauce

Serves 2-3


  • 4 oz. Frescobene Vodka sauce, thawed

  • 1 Store bought Flatbread

  • 2 oz. shredded mozzarella

  • 2 oz. baby arugula
  • 8 cleaned and deveined shrimp, thawed


Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

1.  Top flatbread with Frescobene Vodka sauce

2.  Add shredded mozzarella and top with shrimp

3.  Bake for 10-15 minutes or until browned

4.  Remove from oven, top with arugula and a drizzle of olive oil and serve
